Our service is led by an experienced AHPRA – Registered Nurse with 20 years of acute nursing experience who believes our participants aren’t numbers they are people who deserve the best quality care possible. Our team focus is to deliver quality of life care that supports the needs chosen by our NDIS participants, at the end of each day we want you to gain independence, learn new skills, be healthy, enjoy life and smile.

Supported Care, Your Way for Your Life
Assisted With Daily Personal Activities
Learning how to do things for yourself is crucial to gaining independence. We provide assistance with life skills, performing simple household tasks, planning skills and attending daily activities like shopping, social outings, etc.
Assistance To Access And Maintain Employment
It is not easy for people with disabilities to find career opportunities or maintain their current employment. We offer support by helping participants identify career pathways, develop needed skills and access other relevant support.
Assistance With Daily Tasks / Shared Living
It can be challenging for people to accomplish personal activities due to limited mobility and other challenges. We’ll work with you daily to support your independent living, such as maintaining personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, gardening, etc.
Complex Health Care Services
Our team assists with medical treatments, medication administration, therapies or procedures that require specialised knowledge and expertise to provide comprehensive care.
Community Nursing Care
Some NDIS participants may need higher levels of care, which is exactly what we provide. We provide complex levels of nursing care from highly skilled nurses in the comfort of the participants home.
Assistance With Travel And Transport
We help NDIS participants coordinate travel arrangements for medical appointments, errands and longer travel schedules.
Group Or Center Based Activities
Social interaction and community engagement are essential parts of daily life. That’s why we will support you to connect and participate in your own community each day.
Respite
Taking a break is beneficial to both you and your carer. Not only does it help maintain positive family and carer relationships, but it also allows you the chance to meet new people and experience new things.
